Software

Dale Power Solutions in-house capabilities include software design and testing of PLC systems including Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley. Graphical operator interfaces (HMI's) and data acquisition systems can also be configured, as can many SCADA packages.
All programmable hardware can be fully integrated into complete control systems for most industrial processes and machines. Specialist applications can be provided for chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, water, paper, oil and gas industries.
Software projects range from small stand-alone PLC's to large synchronised, networked and Industrial Bus systems. Applications can include anything from existing generator retrofits to complete new power management control solutions.

Project management, engineering and design

Dale Power Solutions provide total in-house design and manufacturing for generator control systems, power management systems and switchboard control. Design is completed to National and International standards and codes to satisfy individual specifications and requirements.

All design work is prepared, reviewed and verified in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001. Dale use the latest version of AutoCAD with laser and inkjet printer equipment to ensure the best quality output. A consultation service is available to customers who require assistance with project definition including site survey to plan and quantification of the work scope.

Project management activities include planning, control of in-house works, end user liaison, resource allocation, control of sub contracted works, procurement facilities, provision of installation labour, site supervision and commissioning.
