We have our own manufacturing facilities for retrofit assignments, and are highly experienced in upgrading control systems to harness the latest technologies. With our test facilities we can fully test equipment prior to it being re-installed.

Package refurbishment includes:

• Generator, compressor and mechanical drive
• Domestic and international customers
• Existing skid, or company supplied package
• Skids are disassembled and all components and wiring removed to bare metal, repainted, rewired and all plumbing replaced.
• All components on the skid are repaired or replaced with newly overhauled assemblies and tested
• Rebuilt to the existing standard
• Upgraded to incorporate modifications such as PLC controls or engine upgrades
• Refurbished with existing relay controls or upgrade to PLC controls
• Packages can be fully load tested against a 5.5 MW load bank to ensure optimum
• Performance, in-house test facility, up to 13.8KV
• Load testing packages prior delivery significantly reduces the on-site start-up and commissioning time
• We can also convert from gas only to dual gas and liquid with no break changeover between fuels!
